random calls

This is a scam. This number calls you to say that you won a $1000.00 online shopping spree and magazine subscriptions all you have to do is weekly payments of $3.85 for shipping and handling. I didn't fall for this scam but I immediately looked online to see what it was all about. Google $1000.00 online shopping spree scam and read for yourself.

I was awakened by a "nobody there" call from this number about 8:45PM this evening.

got a missed call

every several minutes. Very annoying.

"Hello, this is Heather" I get calls from this # every few days. This is quite irritating because I have asked to be removed from their call lists on numerous occasions and they still keep calling me. Furthermore, the # that they are calling me on is an emergency communication asset aboard my passenger vessel and its purpose is to function as a redundancy back up for our emergency radio gear. Any non authorized use of that asset endangers my vessel, crew and company. In effect, their incessant calls could be characterized as acts of tampering with an emergency communications system. Such acts are considered by federal law enforcement specialists as felony crimes and could be considered as acts of terrorism. I got yet another caller asking me if I want to lower my interest rates of credit cards. I told this woman sure, hold on while I get my card number for her. then I blew my police whistle in the phone for a few seconds. hope she regains her hearing soon
